3. Courses and access

Each course is sold individually. Once purchased, you receive access to that course's content for as long as we continue to offer it on the platform. Courses are for personal, non-commercial learning use — content may not be redistributed, resold, or shared outside your account without our written permission.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD and charged at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated on the course page, courses are one-time purchases with no recurring charges. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Certificates

Diploma courses issue a completion certificate once all required coursework is finished. Certificates reflect completion of Acinonyx Group's curriculum and are not accredited degrees or government-issued qualifications unless explicitly stated on the course page.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access another user's account, disrupting the service, or using course content for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, text, and platform design are owned by Acinonyx Group LLC or our licensors. Purchasing a course grants you a personal license to access the content — it does not transfer ownership of any materials.

8. Disclaimer

Our courses are provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific academic, career, or certification outcomes from completing a course.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Acinonyx Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
